Go to this site and choose your manual from the list on the left hand side. It covers several models including yours. Also, places like PartsTown, Heritage, Restaurant Parts and More, are pretty good at helping with part selection. Especially RPM if you talk to Bryan or Matt. They are both very knowledgeable with this Model.

PCB for D5701-4-M is obsolete. I certainly could not find one. Alternative is repair. I used QER Ltd via ebay. Involves removing and identifying part number of board and ordering repair via ebay listing. The trick is to find the correct listing for your board number as it will not be listed under AEG D5701-4-M. For instance, my D5701-4-M, part no. 944171390 (found on plate in bottom right hand corner of main oven) uses board NPPUGN104. It was listed in ebay under Repair pcb / module Zanussi Z0B1060X. Took two attempts to fix, but so far so good.

click on the spares listing for your model (you will need the full Enr from the oven rating plate) and order the hinges (always replace as a pair). Hinges are on page 3 parts list in position 0319 and 0320 (these are not the parts numbers, you need to highlight these positions numbers on the breakdown from your specific model to get the correct part number (six digit part number) You may find that although the position number are different for the left and right the actual part numbers are the same. You can add the items to the basket and order directly from Neff.Hope this helps

these units have a door hinge issue, 99% of the time the hinges will fix the issue. Check the hinge receptacles the part the hinges lock into they often will go bad at the same time.

Order the hinges and replace them it will fix the problem. The link below is where we get our parts from.

in 99% of cases the fault is the magnatron a very expensive part if the unit is more than 5 yrs old bin it and buy a new one

If it's gas, there is about a 99% chance it is the igniter, (to see the igniter you will have to remove the bottom panel from the oven- at the back of the oven you will see a small stick shaped piece with two wires connected to it. Oftenn, but not always, bad igniters are visibly cracked, or sometimes even shattered) and if it is electric, there is about a 99% chance it is the element (you will probably be able to see a whitish discolored crack in the element). Both are fairly easy to change.

You will have to look online for replacement parts most likely, just be sure to get the model number from the sticker on the oven (usually on the inside of the bottom drawer if there is one) when you look up the part.

Also, when changing parts, UNPLUG the unit.
