I purchased this phone a couple years ago because it is compatible with my other 2 GE ProSeries Four line business phone....I can't locate the manual and I am interested in setting up the Caller ID on this phone...does it even have Caller id capabilities? I am currently paying for caller id thru AT&T~in my business package. Does anyone have the answer?

I was having the same problem...no caller ID. Then I looked up the phone on the RCA site:

Turns out there is no called ID on this model =(
I downloaded the manual from a publicly available internet site a year or so ago. I probably found it via a Google search. If you can't find it easily and if this site lets you anonymously contact me, please do so and I'll either email the file (if it isn't too big; it's a pdf) or there are some free services that will let me post a file and send you an email letting you know how to download it.

The Best way to use Caller ID with this phone is to buy an external Caller ID box and plug it into the Data port. The 25413RE3 does not offer Caller ID itself.
