Not on the led only flash

I would have to guess, that is probably not the correct remote. I feel I must inform you, trying to upgrade your firmware, from an unsavory hacker, can turn your unit into a brick(doorstop). IMO, proceed with caution.

Make sure the manual brake isn't down.

If flashing any of the 4 LEDs (see picture) means that the dishwasher discovered a malfunction. Depending which combination of LED flashes (one LED, two LEDs, three LEDs or all four LEDs) indicates the specific error code.

From the installation guide for this AP, I find the following:

LED Indicators

The unit has LED activity indicators on the front of the case provide a status display indicating error conditions, transmission, and network activity for the 802.11a (amber) radio or the 802.11b/g (green) radio.

802.11a Activity LED Amber

The amber LED flashes three times per second until firmware is loaded. During boot, 802.11a mobiles cannot associate. After adoption, the amber LED is steady or flashes with 802.11a radio traffic.

The amber LED flashes once per second if an error prevents the 802.11a radio from operating normally.

802.11b/g Activity LED Green

The green LED flashes three times per second until firmware is loaded. During boot, 802.11b/g mobiles cannot associate. After adoption, the green LED is steady or flashes with 802.11b/g radio traffic.

The green LED flashes once per second if an error prevents the 802.11b/g radio from operating normally.

From this, it appears that the 802.11A radio is malfunctioning.

dashboard will indicate with flash codes what problem is occurring.
L.E.D. Flashes 1 time and pauses, 1 time and pauses…. Batteries are low,
scooter will still operate.
L.E.D. Flashes 2 times and pauses, 2 times and pauses…. Batteries are very
low, scooter will not operate.
L.E.D. Flashes 3 times and pauses, 3 times and pauses….Over voltage to
controller.
L.E.D. Flashes 5 times and pauses, 5 times and pauses….Brake is in the
freewheel position or connection to brake is open.
L.E.D. Flashes 6 times and pauses, 6 times and pauses….Paddle or speed
potentiometer problem.
L.E.D. Flashes 7 times and pauses, 7 times and pauses….Paddle or speed
potentiometer problem.
L.E.D. Flashes 8 times and pauses, 8 times and pauses….Motor
disconnected or faulty.

Check the Lamp if no picture, audio may be present. Screen is completely dark. Lamp LED flashes 2X every 5 seconds, Power LED flashes GREEN for 140 seconds then flashes RED.
Check the ballast if no picture, audio may be present. Screen is completely dark. Lamp LED flashes 3X every 5 seconds, Power LED flashes GREEN for 140 seconds then flashes RED.

yes the main pcb is shot. its located at back right corner at bottom if i remember.

Press reset button located to right of led for 2 seconds led will flash
Release button
After 2 secs led will flash once
Enter first digit by pressing reset button relevent number of times
After 2secs led will flash once
Enter next digit by pressing reset button relevent number of times
Repeat operation for remaining digits
if code is entered correctly led will flash
if code is entered wrong led will remain lit but not flash
Note if one of the digits of the code is a zero
after the single flash DO NOT press button but wait for next request and enter the next digit.

LED flashing is unable to charge
