This phone is made to work on a Panasonic phone system. Are you connecting it to a Panasonic phone system or just a normal phone line?

If you do not have a Panasonic phone system I doubt this phone will do anything (just as you describe) If you do have a Panasonic system do you have other phones that start with KX-T7??? on the system and have you tried this phone in one of the ports another phone is currently working on?

Phone has bad static on it. Bought a new one and now the new one has static as well.

This is a line issue. Not the phone. The best way for you to trouble shoot is to disconnect all lined from the hub except the one that you are testing. Make sure you are grounded as well at the hub. If you get down to one line and you are grounded then you need to run another new line and get rid of the old line.

How can we change the ringtone on Panasonic KX-T7730 phone?

You don't. Panasonic analog system phones have one ring tone. You can change the cadence (single double or triple) ring from outside calls, but not the tone.

How to program ring tone on KX-T7730 for each CO? For example I want the inbound call on CO1 and CO2 to ring differently, and for the call for CO3 not to ring ... thank you !

Analog Panasonic phones have one "ring tone". You program it to ring or not ring, but the tone is exactly the same. Ringing programming is in SYSTEM programming in the 40x's, depending on the cabinet. In a TA series, inbound ringing is program 408 409 and 410.

I have two lines on my Panasonic KX-T7731 I would like the second line to be a completely different ring than the first line

Not possible. A Panasonic Analog PITS phone has only one ring sound and all CO rings match.
The TD series and 74xx phones were the first phones to have 8 ring tones. The TDA series has 30 different tones. Prices are fairly competitive for upgrading.

Hello, I have a Remo-Con Tone Dialer but I cannot remember How to use it ! What is it meant for ? Kind regards.

That's not a brand I remember, but it's most likely a tone generator from the days when you still found phones with rotary (pulse) dials. Before tone dialing was the standard, if you wanted to use any kind of service (banking, alternate long-distance phone carriers, etc.) from a rotary phone, you needed a dialer to generate the tones. You held it up to the mouthpiece on the handset and pressed the numbers on the dialer keypad. Some of these dialers also allowed you to store some phone numbers so you could quickly dial them if you were using a tone dialing service. As tone dialing has almost completely replaced pulse phones, you seldom see these devices except maybe at yard sales. They have no practical use any more.

Wont receive or send, no fax tone

http://service.us.panasonic.com/OPERMANPDF/UF7000%20NET-SCAN.PDF is the link to the owners manuel. Turn to page 98 for wiping out the auto dialer, then page 78 for phone list/speed dial.

I hope this helps.

How to change the incomming ring tone on panasonic kx-t7630

Oh hell... you must be going nuts if its the ring tone I think you're stuck with. I loath the manual that comes with this system so here it is in English:
  • Press 'Prog'
  • Press 'Intercom' twice
  • Now you can either go through the different ring tones by pressing 'SEL' on the LCD screen or using the Up and Down keys on the circular pad on the bottom right of the phone.
  • Once you have the tone you like click on 'Enter'
  • Pick up handset and hangup to complete the process.
