Ykemc308kmo oven fan noise

My oven fan makes considerable noise. Sounds like a worn bushing. Can I purchase a new fan blower? Approx. cost? Is it difficult to install myself? Thank you

You are probably correct the cooling fan can wear out. You will have to order it by model number. They are a bit tricky to install depending on the oven, but not hard once you get to the fan area. Somke are behing the cabinet and you will have to puul the oven out and some are in the control panel area.

Why is the oven fan making a rattling noise

I do not no the specific model you have but chances are that the noise you are hearing is the bearings(or brass bushings) are going out in your fan motor. Which in turn allows the shaft of the motor to not remain true and rattles. In laymen's terms, you just need a new fan motor. I hope this helps. "Be Easy!"

I have a belling double oven. The bottom is fan assisted. It all works okay but when it is turned off it is making a drumming noise after the fan has stopped. This lasts for at least 5 minutes. Any...

Sounds like the cooling fan bearings are worn, hence the noise after you turn the cooker off. This fan is in the top of the oven and helps to keep the inside cooker electrics cool and often keeps going for a while after you have turned the cooker off. Best to call an engineer to check this out for you!

Noise

It will be the external cooling fan that is causing the noise.
Probably worn beaqring or broken fan blade.
Normally, the only solution is to replace the fan motor.
It is located at the top of the oven, usually at the rear, but not in every case.
Please rate my solution.
Thankyou.

Noisy oven

Probably the fan bearing is worn out, looks like you will need a new fan.

Make sure there is not any obvious visual obstruction.

OVEN MAKES A LOUD NOISE WHEN IT IS TURNED ON. IT SOUNDS LIKE THE FAN IS HAVING TROUBLE TURNING OR SOMETHING.

This indigates worn or tight fan motor bearings, if it is a built in oven , then it could have an external cooling fan in addition to the oven fan, so you will have to determine which one it is.
Usually it means having to replace the offending fan motor, as lubricating only provides a short term solution.
Hope this helps.

Candy oven noisy fan

Noisy fan means bushes are worn. cant be repaired. needs replacement. Quote model of oven to spare parts supplier and replace. Make sure power is unplugged and not just switched off before repairs are done.

Noisy blower

The vendor of that part does not make parts of the assembly available separately. If you continue to use the oven with the blower moving an inadequate amount of air, you risk cabinet damage, electronic control failure, and TOD failure making the oven much more expensive to repair.

Oven makes a noise when I turn it on.

If it is a fan assisted oven , then it sounds like a noisy oven fan.
It could be a worn or dry bearing in the fan motor. if you open the oven door , you should be able to tell if it is the fan by listening to it carefully.
The other possibility is if it has a cooling fan in the back or on the top of the oven, it could also be that causing the prob, these are about the only things that could be making a noise, as there are no other moving parts that could make a noise.
PLz rate my solution.

Thanks.
