Dryer gets hot spins takes several cycles to dry fully

2 things are needed to dry clothes. 1 is good air flow. Check to make sure that the dryer vent is not clogged or partially clogged with lint. Also make sure there are no kinks in the vent hose. With the dryer running you should feel good air flow blowing out of the outside house vent. The 2nd thing a dryer needs heat. Check to see that the dryer feels warm to hot when you reach in to tough the clothes. It is possible that the heat element has partially failed. Another thing to investigate is how well the laundry machine is spinning out the water in the spin cycle. This spin cycle is used to get as much water out as possible prior to placing the clothes in the dryer. The wetter the clothes when they come out of the laundry, the longer it takes to dry them.

check the vent maybe stopped up or blower wheel is not turning or loose

clean out the exhaust vent tubes thoroughly. the moister sensor will shut down the high heat if clogged full of lint

one thing u can do remove vent tub,
turn on dryer run for about two min
open door touch inside door if hot
u have a vent problem

Could be 2 things... either your heat source is out of repair or your vent is blocked. Since you say it only gets warm I'll assume the problem is with the gas coils inside the unit. These parts are replaceable

Problem is likely:

- heating element, or
- one of several thermal limit switches in the electrical circuitry

id look into a clogged and or kinked exhaust vent. perhaps where it leaves the home theres a screen over the housing thats clogged itself w/lint. its generating heat, thats good now just needs to release it somehow

replace door switch.If the computer thinks the door is open, it will not fast spin as a safety precaution.
