SOURCE: had a power outage does not turn on is there a reset

Hello - I understand the unit has previously experienced a power outage, however have you try unplugging the unit or flipping the household breaker off? Wait approximately ten minutes; is there power to the unit? I suggest touching each button individually on keypad, do any lights turn on or does the display change? If any proves to be ineffective, I would recommend contacting a professional to move forward accurately because it can possibly have a defective keypad.

    Intermatic ej500 fuse

    Why did fuse blow?
Is timer under-rated for load on line?
Do wire size and breaker size match?
EJ500 is rated incandescent-only with maximum 500 watts, with temp range from 32 to 104 F, maximum distance 100' from load, and timer has 1 year warranty against defects.
    http://waterheatertimer.org/Intermatic-timers-and-manuals.html
    http://waterheatertimer.org/Color-codewire.html

    Try resetting timer.
This will delete both programs and current time settings.
Hold down on-off button, and press and release reset button.
Keep holding on-off button until display changes, and 12:00 is flashing.

If timer will not reset, try changing battery.

Simple power outages, and blown fuses can cause power surge that will knock out timers. This is a common problem, and resetting timer can usually solve problem.
Timers like outdoor power pack, and analog plug-in timers do not have reset button and can easily fail after ordinary power outage.

My Oaisis II hot tub stays at 103 and now it's dropped down to 68 degrees for the past 3 days? Could there be a problem with my heater element? Or is there a sequence of resetting the temp buttons on top...

Information on the care of your product and troubleshooting is available here:

    http://www.oasisleisure.ca/customer_care/SpaCare.html

Did you have a recent power outage? It is necessary to reset the temperature after a power outage.

Check the temperature setting on your hot tub; if it has defaulted do to a power outage reset to the desired temperature. If it is still set at your desired setting and is operating at 68 degrees then there is a problem that is preventing the tub from reaching the set temperature.

Some possible causes and actions are:

Pull filter (see if light comes on) / Replace filter
Knife valves not fully open / Open knife valves

Pressure switch cut of calibration / Adjust pressure switch
Faulty Pressure Switch / Replace pressure switch

Air leak, check pump suction line / Tighten pump union
Heating element corroded / Replace element

Faulty control panel / Replace panel
