Call Panasonic customer service and they will provide either the parts or the size and thread type----most of these bolts are common and can be purchased at Home depot etc.

Your TV has a standard VESA compatible mounting arrangement, 4 screw points in the back of the TV, You can buy a standard Gereric LCD Wall mount and it will be compatible with your TV.
Either Ebay or your local appliance/electronics/home improvement store will have them.

42" will more likely to use Metric M6 screws (canbe M5 but not likely), the length of the screws will depend on the thickness of the mounting plates. When you buy wall mounting kit, it will come with mounting screws. You can get Metric screw from HD or Lowe's for about 50 cents each.
I get my wall mounts from Costco and they come with a bag of Metric screws fro mounting.

There are pretty much wall mounts for every flat screen tv out there. Target sells them. You just purchase by using the size of your tv and there should be brackets that match the screw slots on the back of your tv.

First of all a standard screw will not work. You will have to visit your local hardware store and purchase a machine screw to fix the problem.
