Looking at yuor video the fuel line coming off the top of the carb goes to the short spout on the primer bulb. The long spout on the primer bulb should return to the tank and terminate inside the tank. The main fuel line should use the other hole in the tank and is an assembly consisting of a filter that fits in the hole and seals with a plastic washer on the outside of the tank and goes directly to the spigot on the bottom of the carb ( in the video this spigot is visible and does not have a fuel line attatched to it)
SOUND LIKE EVAP CONTROL SYSTEM NOT WORKING.COULD HAVE STOPPED UP FUEL SOAK EVAP CHARCOAL CANISTER.OR THE PURGE SOLENOID NOT WORKING ALSO GAS CAP COULD BE FAULTY.HAVE THE EVAP SYSTEM CODE SCANNED.WHEN PUMPING GAS EASE THE GAS SPOUT OUT JUST A LITTLE SO YOU CAN PUMP GAS IN TAKE.REASON CAR WONT ACCEPT GAS BECAUSE EXCESS GAS VAPORS CAUSES PRESSURE TO BUILD UP IN FUEL TANK IN WHICH WILL KEEP GAS FROM BEING PUMPED IN FUEL TANK.
I believe this is a manual fuel pump and you may have lost the prime, no fuel in hose to tank. If the hose from rear frame to tank has a break or hole, it will **** air and not fuel from tank. If this is not the case, possible clogged fuel hose, tubing, or pickup tube in tank assuming you have turned the engine over serveral times and there is enough fuel in tank. Some tanks do not pickup from very bottom because of water laying in bottom of tank from condensation.
Check your knock sensor. When these go bad it retards the engine timing causing the car to lose power. This is a common problem on these cars. I would also recommend changing the fuel filter.
its most likely either broke the seal on the halfway of the tank or the fill spout has become damaged and needs replacement. id start by testing the pressure of the tank then deciphering whether or not its the tank or the fill spout.
