I received a Facebook/Zynga gift card for $25 dollars. I want to redeem it for the full amount in Farmville2 bucks; I was unable to redeem for full amount. You spending increments don't match the card. Since I do not get these cards on my own I do not want a balance. How do I get my money back? I do not want an account balance!!!

Hey bacio,
when you have to enter a gift card number. when you are done with your
oder click on pay there you will get an otin for gift card , cclick on
it it ask you to swipe your gift card or type in the gift card id.

In order to fix this problem, go to billing info, and when it lets you choose the credit card method, choose the option "none" then it will let you use your gift card. Otherwise it assumes you want to use a credit card. Hope this helps.
