Surely sounds like the power supply is in need or replacement, or fuse replacement at absolute least.  the fuse that you will be in search of will be located inside of the power supply unit.  Use caution when working inside the power supply.  If you don't see a fuse in the power supply, OR you come to find that the fuse is not damagaed then you will likely need to replace the power supply.

Joe

Hipro hp d3057f3r up to how much can my pc have ram?

The very best thing to do is to go to crucial.com. They will take a look at your motherboard, and tell you how much more you can add, if any, and will sell you RAM which is compatible with what you already have.

Hipro HP-d3057f3r computer power supply broken?

I have the same problem. I found this:

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&docname=bph06788&product=12455#bph06788_section_2

  • Replace the side panel, plug in the power cord, and examine the light on the back of the power supply:
  • If the LED is on solid and is not flashing, the power supply is probably good and the problem is most likely caused by a defective component (processor, memory, PCI card) or a defective motherboard. Have the computer serviced, or remove the components and replace them, one at a time, to find and replace the defective component.

When is the Hipro HP-A2007AE power supply cooling fan to be on?

The fan should run constantly. It needs to be replaced. Otherwise the power supply will shut down when it gets hot. It can usually be replaced, but if the supply is cheap, just go out and get a new one.
