Need manual for Kenmore oven model#C970-648141

I am looking for a manual to a Kenmore Self-cleaning Convection Oven. I bought it used it has selection for conv bake, conv roast, bake or broil. According to the website, my model number doesn't exist -- really? Everything works perfectly - I just want to understand the difference between "bake" - "Conv bake" and "Conv Roast"

I AM TRYING TO FIX A EB378610 SINGLE OVEN THAT HAS NO POWER WHEN YOU TRY TO BAKE. IT HAS 220V INTO IT. LIGHTS AND EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS. CANYOU HELP

if you test Bake (Yellow Wire) to L2 (Red Wire if your oven has it) and you read 240 volts while the oven is on and baking you need a new element. If you take the bake wire off and test the tab coming off the board to ground if you read 0v while the bake is on then you need a new control board

Bake element doesnt work everything else does

Control unit is probably the problem, You should check your Breaker to make sure it didnt trip outside of that you can check voltage to the element with the oven set to bake, if you dont have votage to element then it would most likely be the board. I just checked the wiring diagram for this unit and there is an over limit switch which is a long shot but worth checking. My bet is on the board. There are 2 listings for the part number so if you check on parts make sure you have full model # serial # AND series #(should be a 2 digit number like 10 or something)
