Hi Srimaggy, Sorry to hear the upgrade is not working for you. Please give us a call at 1-888-248-4143 and choose options 2 then 4. This will connect you with our primary support team who can get a ticket started for you and can work towards resolving your issue.
call your home number, and as soon as you hear your message, press the * (star) key, then you should get your messages...you may have to have the code, which is on the bottom of the phone.....usually 3-4 numbers...put the code in when prompted (or password)
The handset displaying the message may have lost its memory of the base station. Take it over to the base station and reset it as when you first associated the handset with the base.
Does it give an error code? That could help to better define the problem. Mine does this and then gives me "Internal Error 22"
I haven't been able to find out what causes
it. What I've found works is when you get the internal error 22, go to
your messages outbox. The message you are trying to send will be
listed there and will probably still say "sending". Cancel sending.
Then resend. I don't know why, but this has worked for me. Hope it
helps you.
