You would use rubbing compound -- same kind of stuff as used on autos -- there are different grits -- super fine on up, just like sandpaper. It'll tak a lot of rubbing. Probably good do a reasonable job with a buffer/etc. on a drill motor.

Black Kohler sink has scratches from washing my pots and pans. It is only 2 weeks old...how do I remove them?

Try getting a light rubbing compound and buff it out . Hopefully, you have scratched it too deep. I know this hurts when you scratched. No one likes to see there "new" sink messed up.

How to maintain cleaning and scratch free black sink,my sink has spots and scratches on it. how to avoid these problem

Using soft scrub or some brand similar is the best thing to use. Manufacturers reccomend only soap and water, but soft scrub is best. Be sure to never use abrasives on any fixture, it will scratch and void warranty
Kohler makes a cleaning agent for cast iron sinks, if this is what you have.

hope this helps

Stainless Steel Sink Question

s with most things, your stainless steel sink WILL scratch with use. However, over time as the sink ages, scratches will become less apparent and in fact blend into the surface. Minor scratches on the inside surfaces of the bowl may be blended into the sink by lightly rubbing a Scotchbrite pad in the direction of the finish grain. Be sure to rinse thoroughly with water and towel dry after this procedure, removing any particles left over from the Scotchbrite as you rinse.
