How Restore Windows XP Professional

I have a PC with Windows XP Professional, I Can not use regular Functions because I do not have the adminstrative Password. The PC was given to me from a company that Previously had The PC Connected to their Network of Computers. How can I Restore Windows XP Professional on my computer and do it without my pc Telling me I need the Adminstrative password to Restore this Version of windows.

If you have a xp disc then reinstall it...... make sure u don't have dat on disk

By default xp has an unsecured adminstrator account. At the logon screen press Ctl + Alt + Del twice to bring up the standard logon dialogue box. Type the username "administrator" without the quotation marks. Leave the password empty. Press ok to login. Hopefully that gets you logged on to windows so you can reset your user account

Try start up in Safe Mode press F8. Choose Safe Mode, when at the choice window, to select either Safe Mode Desktop, OR System Restore, chooses system restore and choose a time before you had the "Problem" and follow instructions. This should get you back.

System restore disable
Open your system properties. Check to make sure the system restore feature is enabled. I had to do this on my old computer as you have to tell the restore feature how much hdd space to dedicate to restore functions. Hope this helps & please remember to rate my answer. Thanks.

Adminstrative password forgat (windows 2000)
it has a hardware solution..u need to do is open ur cabinet....den reset jumper setting(ask bout it to any hardware guy] otherwise...just remove CMOS battery for 5 mins [this battery is in silver color & ofcorse round in shape can easily see on motherboard...& den refix it....admin password will erased..
