The printhead is stuck in the tilt position by the tilt arms. The process motor gearbox being out of sync can cause this error also. I've also seen the wiper assembly be stuck between the drum and printhead cause this.
Pls take a look if there is a piece of paper beside the printhead..

Can you try this. Switch off and switch on the printer Hold the back and help buttons Go to service mode. Scroll down to the function menu Scoll to clear
isc fault Hit the back button to get back to the first menu
then exit diagnostics,
You have to go into Diagnostics and reset the ISC (Ink Stick Count) faults.This is under the functions section of the diagnostic screen.
Hold down the "back" and "information" buttons while turning on the machine to get into the diagnostic mode. Wait till you see the diagnostic mode message in the screen before releasing the buttons. It may take as long as 7 or 8 minutes after you release the buttons for the diagnostic menu to come up.
The error indicates a black ink stick was jammed. You have to clear the
ISC (ink stick count) error. Turn off the printer. Turn on the printer.
As soon as you see XEROX start moving across the display hold down the
back and help buttons until you see "beginning service mode" on the
display. Release the buttons, it will now come up in the service mode.
Scroll down to the function menu, hit ok, scoll to clear isc faault,
hit ok. Hit the back button to get back to the first menu then exit
diagnostics, hit ok when it asks if you want to restart in customer
mode. If you ever buy any Xerox ink and you get a cracked ink stick call Xerox 800-835-6100 and they will replace it free of charge. Otherwise you risk this problem. Hope this helps.
I try to fix it by moving the arms. I did it. I enter the menu and when i go to calibrate the colors it appear the same message...
