LG_Authority
conect your phone with the usb port.
start in windows the program EFS MEDIA BUILDER by AKOM1976.
select connecton and after that you choose efs explorer select connection.
Now you see the files on your phone
maye there is a folder named as TOTO
be sure that this folder is on your phone!!!
If it does delete the folder named as LGAPP
after that rename the folder named TOTO to LGAPP
richt click and choose refresh.
now exit the efs program.
Turn your phone off and then after a few seconds on
the phone will startup normaly as always and its normal asual.
I hope this will work or you have to back up with the LGMDP euro
an after that choose restore and choose the image file *.nv2
This will work!
you can try a software update at http://nl.lgmobile.com/web/web.product.manualSoftwareRF.laf
This software update is at your own risk.
Choose your model of your mobile phone and download it.
Fallow the instructions by the software update be patience
if you don't see anything it take a few moments.

No you have to see that the folder already exist on your phone
LGAPP and a nother folder TOTO if the phone starts up and you didn't switch the folder it make a new folder LGAPP without the programs so all the folders in the folder LGAPP are emty.
So thats why you have to be sure that the folder TOTO is already exist on your phone.
And if you have a backup of the folder TOTO you can check if the maps are empty or not.
These files have to be in the map toto on your pc.
These are the file names that is logged by EFS explorer, you can see the folder names and the files that are in the folder map exist
Check if these file are located in the folders of your phone if not
delete the emty folder LGAPP and make a new folder named TOTO open that folder.
Now read the files that is on your pc in the map TOTO.
This folder have to be the files in it and doesn't suppose to be empty.
The files you need to see on your phone with EFS explorer looks like this:

If your folder LGAPP on the fone is emty don't worry write the files from your pc to the phone Make a folder named TOTO.
and write all the files include the foleders in to TOTO at your phone.
When you fineshed. Rename LGAPP >> XLGAPP
Rename TOTO >> LGAPP.
Delete the folder XLGAPP.
Refresh and disconnect and you will see the phone startsup in
a normal mode.
As you can see I delete th folder LGAPP that wHOW TO FIX YELLOW REFRESHING SCREEN AS MY LOCAL MO - 4f0b046.pngmg src="/uploads/images/4f0b046.png" alt="4f0b046.png" class="h_mi" />
