Please follow these steps to create your youtube account:

1. Go to www.youtube.com
2. Click on the log in button (top right corner of the page)
3. Scroll down to where it says "create an account"
4. Fill in your data and proceed with the next steps until you've created your account.

To create a youtube account, you need to create a google account and you will be able to login to youtube.

Sir there is no need separate account for youtube if you already have a google account (gmail.com e.t.c) the same username and password will work fine
and if you still want to create please click on the sign in button on the right side top corner of the youtube page it will show the screen as shown below in the image click on create an account
Clicking on create account will take you to next page where you will be asked some questions answer them and follow the procedure and you will be done with a new account

Just create a gmail account, then use that account to login into Youtube.

Although youtube is owned by google, it does not share user accounts with other google services. You will have to create an account with youtube by clicking 'create account' at the very top of the page, and fill out the forms there.
