Also, Make sure that the pictures you're loading into the frame are not massively huge. I'm not sure if there is a size limit but what you can do it open up the pictures you're trying to put in in Microsoft Paint and then select the Image menu then Stretch/Skew and select 50% for both the horrizontal and vertical and then save or save as.
