Check in the message settings that the correct sms center number for your service provider. Some phones enter it automaticaly but some don't hope this helps
Next, (and I apologize in advance for asking) but, do you have Internet (Data) service on your account with your cellular service provider? Data service is required to access the Internet. If you don't have Data service, simply call your cellular company and have them add it to your account.
If you have Data service on your account, see page 128 of your User Guide. It will explain in detail how to select the proper settings in your phone to get Internet service.

NO PHONE CONNECTION??? DAH!!!!!!!!!! u have to be mopre specific,u done have a fone connection means ur not able to connect ur fone to other fone or u dont have a number for ur fone?WAts ur issue exactly?
restriction means your fone is locked to one network only.... we cant unlock ur fones here', .. i can., but we can't do that here...go to service center and unlock ur fone there....a word of advice .. dont publish your imei.... somebody can mess it up..
