Power off the machine. Now hold down the 2 and the 5 and power on. Mode 25 screen appears. Touch the Soft switch tab in the first box on your left you will put a 3 in the middle box you will put a "1" the third box you will change the "1" to a "0". Close out to original screen and power off the machine. Wait 10 second power on should get your ready to copy, if the code does come back DO NOT RESET the machine again! It is indicating a problem the code you are resetting is the fuser and it can catch on fire! That will ruin a perfectly good day!!!
Charge Corona Cleaning device is stuck or is jammed. This cleaning device clean a very thin gold plate wire above the drum which places a High Voltage charge on the drum. You will need to remove the drum cartridge to get to it. The wire cleaning is normally done upon turning the machine on it may sound like a high pitch squeal. It can also be turned off, and not used at all. Has to be done in service mode soft switch setting.

Mite want to remove the toner bottle, shut the machine off first then remove the bottle then turn it on with no bottle then replace the bottle when the machine is asking for it.
The sensor is located on the left side of the drum cartridge it is a sensor that is covered with a white cover to the rear of the drum you must remove the drum to see it clean with cloth not a vacuum cleaner Static from vacuum can destroy it.
