VS-60607 model Power light turns on and then immediately turns off. You can hear the tv click on and off. The first time this happened, I let the tv stay off for about an hour and was able to turn it back on. It stayed on for about 2 hours and turned off by itself while we were watching it. I let it sit again for about an hour and turned back on. It stayed on for 4 hours until I turned it off. I haven't been able to turn it back on since. Any suggestions?
I got an error code which states "vertical Protect"

Also, I removed access panels, to look at the electronics inside the box.

I am having the same problem. The TV switches off immediately after I turn it on.

Mitsubishi VS-60607 powers on then green light flashes three times and nothing else happens besides an audible click.

Does anyone have a solution for why when you turn it on it immediately turns off or how to get error codes from it??
My tv did the same thing and I held the power button in for a few minutes and it came back on . It was down for a few days before i tried this and know it is doing the same thing again.It played for a few months with no problem until today.
Same problem. Occasionally powers off by itself, and the time period for when it will come back on (after pushing the power button) is getting longer.
Has anyone found the solution to this problem?
