iTunes enables users to back up data to iTunes and restore iPhone to factory settings. Hard Reset Hard reset only works if you had previously updated the phone to v20. Please make backup before applying this type of reset, since it will restore the phone's settings as well as erasing all the data in the phone memory, including take off your memory card.

1. Switch off the phone.
2. Press GREEN + RED + CAMERA + ON simultaneously until you see the "Select Country" option.

1. The default password is 12345. You need to press and hold the key until the number appear.

You pc has a hidden recovery partition. You need to press F11 at boot up to launch recovery. But before you do make sure to back up all your data. the recovery wizzard will walk you though the whole process.
