Question about Lenovo R61 T7300 Notebook
When double click on the bluetooth icon a message seen which is bluetooth device is not recognized but id does appear in device manager.
From device manager, right click on the bluetooth device, and select uninstall. Then go the hardware manufactures website and download the bluetooth drivers for your product. Install/reinstall the drivers, then go to your control panel, and scan for hardware changes. It should detect the device, and want to install with the new/refreshed drivers you loaded.

Make the device discoverable. Access your Bluetooth-enabled device's settings page, and turn on the device's 'Listen' or 'Discoverable' function to allow you computer to find it.
