They sell an accessory pack with a case and charger(it plugs in with the usb attachment to work) also if you use the usb plug it will charge off of the computer.

The actual charge method and power adapters available can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and model to model. I can't give you specific advice because you didn't post which MP3 player you are referring to. However, most MP3 players are charged by connecting them to the USB port on your computer using the supplied cord. Alternatively some MP3 players may have optional wall chargers or car chargers available which would enable you to keep the item charged when you don't have a computer available.
