SOURCE: bobbin case on my 524fb necchi has come apart

Almost all Necchi use a class 15 bobbin & bobbin case, a new case should cost around 7 to 10 dollars!

SOURCE: I just replaced the belts on my Necchi 535FA, but

If the belts are not tight enough they will slip, they should all be fairly tight but not like a piano string if you know what I mean.
As you do not describe what the machine is doing wrong I can not really say any more at present, except make sure there is no oil on the belts and the machine has no tight spots when you turn it over by hand.

SOURCE: NECCHI, model 4795. Thread bunches up at bobbin.

it sounds like the thred tenshion is to loos or the timing has sliped a little and its off a bit this can also happen with wear on the gears or just a loos fixing letting the timing slip back a bit,

Why does the needle stop before inserting down into the bobbin on my Singer Simple sewing machine?

Make sure you are using the correct bobbin and it is put in correctly. If it isn't put in the right way, the needle will hit the bobbin case. Take out the bobbin case and put it back making sure it is snapped into place. If this isn't the problem, use the flywheel and manually lower the needle to see if there is an obstruction.

The bobbin assembly came out and when we put it back the bobbin thread would not engage with the top

Verify the bobbin has been installed and threaded correctly through the bobbin case. Confirm the bobbin is installed turning the correct direction. Install a brand new needle.

How do you correctly insert the bobbin carrier, i have been give one of these machines and think it has been inserted incorrectly as needle is hitting bobbin carrier when you turn wheel.

well you might want to try and get it out and put it correctly, it does sound like it is in wrong. You are so right it should not be hitting the bobbin carrier, getting it out and putting it in correctly is the only thing I can think of.

Used machine recently but now no matter how carefully i load everything, bobbin pops out and thread tangles

Check that you have put the bobbin in the correct way. check that it is the correct bobbin for that machine and you could also check that the bobbin has been wound properly. If you load your bobbin up with different threads and not let if fill with only one thread you can have problems. Also clean out the bobbin area sometimes a bit of fluff can be caught in the bobbin area. cheers Dot

I took out parts of bobbin to clean and when put them back the needle hits the metal of the bobbin case and i cant sew. it doesnt seem to be properly aligned.

Perhaps remove the bobbin case and check that you have put it back correctly. Check with the sewing machine manual to see how it is done correctly. Make sure that the top of the bobbin case is at the top of the bobbin case holder and make sure you change the needle as it will probably be dull or bent from hitting the metal of the bobbin case.

Bobbin pole for putting more thread on wont spin fast tried to reload bobbin but machine wont spin bobbin fast enough to put thread on it

most likely you do not have the correct bobbin that fits on the bobbin pole.

on the bottom of the pole there may be a small knub in which the small hole on the bobbin should slip onto this holds the bobbin in palce, (if the wrong bobbin is used and if could be just a slight difference in the boobin ) the pole will not spin correctly and not fill the bobbins,

I have seen different bobbins with the same machine with such a slight difference that the owner did not realize it.

Problem with bobbin too tight. Bobbin wound

On the side of the bobbin holder there is a spring that the thread goes under.

Holding that spring is a screw, put a couple of pieces of clothe in your machine.

Loosen the screw holding the spring 1 x 8th of a turn at a time...Until the machine sews correctly...

Bobbin case pops out

Are you sure it is the correct bobbin case ? If it is check the spindle it slides onto and make sure there is not a bit of lint or cotton on there, this will cause it to not engage the locking latch correctly. Also is the bobbin is not the correct one, or is bent it will not lock in correctly. The other thing to do is put a drop of oild on the spindle the bobbin case slides onto.
