Not sure what you're trying to do, but ASUS has instructions on entering the BIOS so that you can update it. There is also a forum that shares some info on ASUS bios reset passwords by date here: ASUSTeK Computer Inc Forum laptop bios password reset

Problem with the Intel Desktop Board DG41BI\r\n I

setting the memory is pointless as the system will automatically find the best speed for it if its set to auto. As for the 3 beeps that is generally vga, but could be different on this motherboard , when you clear the bios do you move or short a jumper

My printer stoped printing

Maybe your printer are out of ink or have an error just like LED (Light Emiting Diode) blinking on the resset button. If that was the error like blinking of the resset button try to press the resset button if they could not resolved the problem and it is still blinking. You need to turned off your printer and check the ink on the cartridge or check the ink lever of you printer. Then turned it On again and try to print if you have check and change the cartridge for a new ink.

Laptop cannot boot from cd drive

is it boot password of BIOS password?
if its BIOS password then you can get rid of it by resseting the CMOS.
to do this take wireless card out and have a look in the corners for a a little battery. unplug it and wait for 1-2 minutes then plug battery in, put the wireless back in(make sure the white and black cables are still attached correctly) and restart.

From BIOS you will be able to change the boot order and be able to boot from CD.

See if this helps.
If it doesnt contact ACER.

Forgotten hdd/bios password

The only way to reset the BIOS password is to find the jumper pins on the motherboard and set them to the clear state and remove the CMOS battery. It resets the CMOS to the default state.
Your best bet is to contact tech support and explain the situation to them

No display

The first thing to try, is to look on the motherboard for the CLRCMOS2 terminal pins, this allows you to clear the data in CMOS. The data in CMOS includes system setup information such as system password, date, time, and system setup parameters. To clear and reset the system parameters to default setup, please turn off the computer and unplug the power cord from the power supply. After waiting for 15 seconds, use a jumper cap to short the Clear CMOS jumper for 5 seconds. After shorting the Clear CMOS jumper, remove the jumper cap. If you have changed the ram make sure it's compatable, but if the above has
