You have to take everything out your oven all the removables , then turn knob to pyrolyse and the other knob to 1 for mild cleaning 2 for medium and 3 for heavy cleaning

you can buy a manual from the above link, costs less than £10, sorry couldn't find a free download

look for screws around the door, usally phillips, remove them then gently pry the door apart. popping the door off will make work easier.
