Now that I got the windows xp re-installed (hurray, hurray) I do not have the network driver installed :-(
I have searched through the 4 discs that came with the computer but heaven help me I have no understanding of all the acronyms (for the lack of a better way to put it). I think I need the NVidia driver for the networking part but I have no clue where to look. My phone company (where I have my internet service through) suggested jumpdriving from the e-machines website or the like, but I'm not quite that savvy either. I'm not on my computer and I certainly do not want to mess up someone else's computer. Can someone out there give me some help? I sure would appreciate it. God bless you all.
The driver youare looking for is reffered to as the NIC or LAN driver. Sometime is included in a driver package when from nvidia. You can download it if you don't have it from your manufacture's website. Posting your computers model number helps helping you.
You can find it at this link.
Please rate this as fixya.
