Every one of those I have repaired, I had to replace the controller ic on both the slave and master. Monitor the 5 volts on the controller and the output, that's a dead give away. Don't bother with the cf lamps, thats not your problem.

It is unlikely that all the bulbs have failed at once and more likely that the ballast unit for that side has failed.
If they are available as a spare part they will be listed on ebay as the bakkast unit for your model/size TV or on the manufacturers web site through an authorized repair centre.

probably you got a processing unit problem, which makes your tv stopping recognizing the screen information .
you should try resetting all factory default settings, if this doesn't work, you will have to take the TV to an assistance center .

Bottom left button on your remote should turn the light on and off. if this doesn't work sort through the options on remote and select ambiant light functions

The correct remote has an ambilight button to toggle ambilight on and off
