What OS? Have you tried F8 at boot to enter safe mode?Can you actually boot windows ok?

Then use MBAM to scan for malware.(guide
here.) and remove anything it finds.
If no joy, run sfc /scannow and see if that helps. (instructions

If that doesn't help, try uninstalling and reinstalling your Internet Explorer. See
here for info about the shdocvw.dll file.
