Printer is in loop cycling on and off connecting to wireless internet then disconnecting. I have rebooted it by pulling power supply for about an hour....not a fix. I rebooted my computer....not a fix. I need to have a fix for this problem. Thank you!

Thanks for everyones help, what worked for me is to reinstall the software that came with the printer. Works just fine now.

I may be a bit late with this but it worked for me. Uninstall your antivirus, remove any parental controls and disable your firewall. Then, reinstall the printer and download a 2008 version of your anti virus and re-enable your firewall. I haven't reactivated the parental controls just in case it all goes pear shaped.

Install printer software and follow the instructions, it'll detect the printer automatically if turned on and set it up properly itself

A quick fix for most communication errors can be
achieved by resetting the printer and/or rebooting the PC. Simply disconnect
the printer from your computer (if connected via the USB). If printer is wireless, simply power cycle the printer. Reboot your pc. Unplug and re-plug the printer
into the power source to reset it. When the printer turns on, reconnect it to
your computer. Then try to print again once the computer fully recognizes the
USB connection.
