You should contact Bloomfield to find your local Bloomfield Service vendor. You will need them for parts and/or service.
*** the following is for information only as all repairs should be performed by a qualified tech.***

The start switch activates the timer (analog or digital) board which turns on the water feed to the brew tank. This forces previously heated water out and sprayed over the ground coffee in the brew funnel. Coffee then drips into the decanter.
* This brewer has a tank that needs to be filled PRIOR to powering up as the heater element usually turns on as soon as it's plugged in. The thermal fuse(s) will blow if tank is not filled. Once filled and powered up. Wait 20 mins then set up a coffee funnel and decanter. Slowly pour in 1 pot of water into the top opening. Do Not splash or over fill! Water should come out of the funnel and fill the pot (full). If it's not hot then the element is not working and this unit will need service.
* Check if there is an on/off heater switch on the back or side. (some are 'Vacation' switch) Turn on and wait 20 mins for another pour over brew. If it still does not heat then the limit fuse(s) are blown.
* Check the on/off switch. Most models will light up when switched on.
* Check the timer. Digital timers tend to be sensitive to electrical storms. Analog timers have a dial and are more tolerant of electrical surges.
* If you do get a good heated brew then continue to use as a pour over or hook up the water line to the brewer. (usually a 1/4" copper line with a flare or compression fitting.)
* Check the water fill solenoid. Should be a definite click when activated. Water filling sound should be very clear.
* No water flow then check the water supply line if it's on.
* Final; this brewer needs service. Call your coffee vendor for advice.

Can't light pilot light on hot water service. Gas to property is connected as the gas stove works.

There should be a trouble shoot guide on the hot water tank. I have had to do this many times. You just need to read the trouble shooting guide & be very careful. I hope this works for you.

Reliance 606 natural gas water heater - model #640YORT - water does not stay hot. pilot has to be clicked to heat and then u can use hot water til tank empty and it will not continue to heat water.

If I understand correctly, the pilot light is not staying lit.
You light the pilot and water in the tank reaches temperature.
Once hot water is gone, then pilot light has to be lit again.

Gas pressure is good, and gas is flowing.
Thermostat is working at high end because it cuts off heating.
Vent is working because tank heats up.
Air intake is working.

Gas control thermostat might not be reading low temperature. Replace gas control valve.
Pilot tube might be dirty. Clean burner parts and combustion chamber, and air intake, and vent.
Backdraft might be blowing out pilot. Check for constant updraft by running water heater 5 minutes, and then light match under vent hood and see if smoke goes up.
Very hot air can put out pilot, especially when water heater located in attic. Add ventilation.
Improper vent might have water dripping back down into combustion chamber and putting out pilot light and rusting out the parts. Inspect for rusted parts and water.

Titan Water heater not working. I have the N-85. Came home it wasn't working. Opened it and pressed the reset red button inside. Now the unit is on, SRC 1 and SRC 2 lights are on, like when it is...

Hello

Set the thermostat to a higher temperature if you are experiencing insufficient hot water. There may also be sediment or lime in the tank. If you suspect there is, drain the tank and determine whether water treatment is needed.

Determine whether the electrical switch is turned on or if there is a blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker if you have absolutely no hot water.your high temperature light switch may be open. If it is, reset it. Finally, you may have a non-functioning thermostat, which you'll need to replace.

The thermostat may also be improperly calibrated. In that case, you'll need to replace the thermostat. You may also have long runs of exposed piping that are allowing the water to cool, causing you to need more hot water. In this case, insulate the piping.

Hot water is not working in all faucet, no hot water

First do the simplest thing and check to make sure the pilot light is working on your water heater. There should be instructions posted on your unit of how to check and also how to light it if it has gone out.

Cold water doesn't get cold

Having same issue. Water cooler about a week old, in use in a small office with about 10 people and 2 5-gal water jugs consumed weekly.

The chiller for the cold water no longer works, and they display lights on the front and on/off switch in the back no longer light up. The hot water is working, I'm wondering if there is a potential recall issue with the unit.
