My samsung highlight is saying pin blocked call customer care what do i put in to un lock the pin?

call your service provider customer care from anothe sim card of the same service provider..

PUK code is a SIM specific code assigned by your service provider so call Customer care and state the problem then they will ask for some codes written on you SIM card. Few people use PIN locking system to lock their phone to avoid un-authorised access. Though this is a good option, it ****** you off sometime. Three wrong entry of PIN code will result in SIM blocking. Once SIM gets blocked, phone starts asking PUK code to enter. If you again enter wrong code for three times, SIM gets completely blocked. You have to walk into your service provider outlet to get a replacement SIM card.

Please call your sevice provider cutomer care.All service provider have a number for customer support,Please call them and they will provide the PIN code.

While you get the PIN code, service provider will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only. If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the PIN code

This PIN code is FREE. You no need to pay any sum to get the PIN code

see....note down your sim card number which is on the back of your sim.then from other phone call your customer care..and tell your sim number they will tell you the puck code now enter the puk code and your sim will start working...

You entered your pincode wrong 3 times or more. You need your PUK code to undo. Your provider can provide you with this. There is NO otherway to unblock this (so called 'unlocking' is something else).

Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do!
1) If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please read bellow.

2) You must get a phone that is on the same network as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.

1. Look On The pack which the SIM CARD CAME IN.
2. On it there should be a code called puk.
3. Enter it into your phone.
4. Also on the pach should be a PIN NUMBER enter that twice.
