I got this error while installing it through over Network. If it is an old printer there may not be a driver for it on your current operating system. Do a search from google and type Windows Vista/7 compatible driver for "your model" printer. I had the same problem once so i found a driver for another printer and it made mine work with windows 7.

Try first installing Microsoft Directx9c from the Microsoft site directly, link below:

This should place the necessary missing files Skype requires.

You will need to install Microsoft Direct X before you install Skype. You can get it from http://www.microsoft.com

you might have to download and install later/better copy of DirectX

Fatal error during java installation uninstall

go into Control PanelAdd/Remove Programs and scroll down to remove Java from my system. I click remove and it comes up with the window "Add or Remove Programs: Are you sure you want to remove Java(TM) 6 Update 13 from your computer".
I click yes and it says "Preparing to remove"
then configuring java.. and then come up with the window:"Fatal Error During Installation"

I've tried enabling logging.. it didn't work.. so that's all the info I can give, I have two HD's mounted.. if that helps.. I don't know. I tried using the install again.. it didn't work believe it or not

. Anyway please help

Fatal Error: Loading module SGEDRV.dll failed (Error #126).

Right Click om "My Computer" and select Properties | Advance Tab | Environment Variables.

Select Path Variable in the lower part of the box by clicking on it and add C:\Program Files\Utimaco\Safeguard Easy

Note: To insert ; (semi colon symbol) after the previous path

Fatal Error while install software for HP C8180 printer, Vistax64

Normal 0 Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
