I need motorola razr gsm v3 (r374 usb modem) driver,can you help me---please

Go over to modmymoto.com and look in the downloads section. It will show motorola drivers. You should install these then connect your phone. They also show software for transferring files and whatnot. Hacktherazr.com is good too.

Do quick google search for "razr tethering" you will also need the USB cable for your phone.

you need to download the Mobile Phone Tools 5.0 you can do this online at 4shared.com or motorola website or modmymoto.com.

first u shud install the driver of the cable
and of the phone then u shud download an proper trnsfer dat program that fit with ur phone try motorola.com/downloads

u can dwnload a program called rds lite by searching for it on google. after u hav that software, visit the above site n download firm ware files for r374...... razr. or jus click this link n it will take u to the r374 section where u hav various files to choose from like different language packs n firmware (monsterpacks) http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/downloads.php?do=cat&id=46
