you can not unlock card without password.
take mobile to nearest mobile repairing center.
they have JAF box to retrive password

connect ur memory card, to the comp. through card reader,, then format it,,, lock will be opend

i'm having 1 GB micro sd memory card for my mobile nokia 3110c ..... and it is password protected ... bit actually i have forgotton the password .... i have tried also by connecting the data cable but in nokia pc suite its showing that there is no memory card ...., i had also tried thru card reader's but its not opening ./... is there any solution to unlock this card data lose in doesn't matter... plz help me unlock memory card
