busy indicates the flash is charging, but if it is always on it usually indicates a main circuit failure

Change the cartridge thats leaking.

Unfortunatly the Olympus 6020 does not hav a dedicated hardreset switch, nor a key sequence to initiate reset. So if you cant get into the camera menu, and reset the camera from there. Or if that does not work. The camera has to be serviced by proffesionals.

You need to find out the spec on the A4 photo grade paper.

If the paper is to heavy, then it will not pick and feed properly. If the paper is to glossy, it could cause the paper to slip and smudge or blurry the image.

If the paper is made for a laser printer, the ink will be absorbed into the page.

Laser printers fuse (heat and pressure) the image onto the paper. Ink printers, however, require that the paper be able to absorb the ink into the paper.

just take the positive cable off your battery and that will reset in to the factory settings and that should fix it

When you say no image this could mean anything from, snow picture, blank screen, blue screen. Also, dry joints on the PCB can cause such a problem. More especially on the picture tube board.
