When we turn on our machine the bulb comes on briefly like a flash but won't stay on. We have tried to reset the machine but it still does the same thing, we don't think its the bulb since it briefly lights up for about 1 sec. machine sounds like it is running fine bulb just won't stay lit.
The problem is: Bulbs wear out. Especially projector bulbs. The operate at high temperature and the filaments break down in time. When they are intermittent (on/off) the filament expands and contracts, and at some point disconnect entirely. It is time to replace the lamp with a new one.

Reset The Lamp Timer.
While simultaneously holding down (+ . >) and AUTO SYNC on the projector, Press ( I ) ON and ( - . < ) on the projector.
"LAMP 0000H" is displayed, indicating that the lamp timer is reset.
NOTE..... Make sure only to reset the lamp timer only when replacing the lamp. If you reset the lamp timer and continue to use the same lamp, this may cause the lamp tp become damaged or explode...

power light green the lamp light flashes green for awhile then goes red. Replaced the bulb same problem.
I unplugged it then held the power button on and plugged the power cord back in. it started working correctly, and shuts off and on ok now.

1. Pls check and inspect the Lamp unit.
2. If Lamp unit is okay, Then the Problem is with
either with Ballast unit or the DMD Module.
