When dryer cycle is done elements stay on

I understand that your Frigidaire dryer, model# FEQ1442ES, will not stay running. Please check to make sure the door is staying closed. If the door is opening in mid-cycle, then the dryer will stop running. Also, make sure the plug is in the socket tightly. Your dryer could be shaking the plug loose, which could possibly be causing it to stop running. Are you mechanically inclined? You may have several problems. 1st, heating element is most likely burnt out. Then I would check ball and socket assembly that back of drum fits into. Also check felt in front of machine that drum rides on. May need competent service person on this.

check the three rollers in the back of the dryer to make sure they are bolted tightly to the back of the dryer

I would say your right on track, check your heating coil when you locate it also...just in case.
