I cant get login to my facebook account and cant get my e mail up and working

If the account is active he can send a new password. It's on the login screen how to reset the password. The new password will be emailed to his email account he registered Facebook,

Before you create an account in Facebook, the first thing to do is to create an email account. You can sign up for Yahoo mail or Google mail. Once you have created a working e-mail then you are ready to create an account in Facebook.

To create an account click sign-up.

Facebook is only tied to an email address as a login ID.
You can log into Facebook with this email address and password and then change the email address.
If you have set up a second account with the new email address, you will have to cancel this account and have it completely deleted before you can use it for the email change.
In that case, you need to sign in under the new email account, click on settings at the top, select Account settings and then select Deactivate account.
Wait 2 days and try to change the email address in the first account.
Facebook may take longer than 48 hours to remove the email address from the system before you can use it.

You should be more specific with your problem. If you forgot your password Yahoo asks some personal Information answers and give you back the use of your account.

If you don't know how to check your email follow these steps:
Go to LOGIN insert your account information and click Sign In.

If you want to create a NEW YM account go to Sign Up and register a new account with your desired information and press Create my account. Use information that u remember easy if you forgot you account again.

They are constantly doing 'maintenance', I get that message a few times a day. You shouldn't need to set up a new account, just keep trying to login. You'll get there eventually.
