All it's doing is showing the up bios screen when
Take out the battery and do a power drain.
Restart the notebook and try to go to BIOS. If you are able to access the BIOS, do a BIOS default by pressing F5 key and then save by tapping F10 key.
DISCONNECT ALL THE EXTRA PERPHERALS CONNECTED TO THE PC.
Still wont work, send it for a repair.
If unable to go to BIOS, turn off the notebook and turn it upside down, you will see a lid wich has round disc like symbols, open it and take out the HDD and put it back in, close the lid. Then open a lid which has a rectangular structure and then reseat the RAM, close the lid after the reseat. Restart the notebook, if not then you need to send it for repair.
