I have a D-Link 450 which I have been using with good success with my old Verizon PC5750 card. I just got a new PC5750 card. I have my D-Link box but there is no sw in it. Is there supposed to be. I have tried many times to use the set-up instructions I found on the web to no avail. It insists on my putting in server name, number, etc from my internet provider but I remember calling Verizon and they didn't no what I was talking about. I forget what I then did next but it worked back then. I am stuck now. Being in an RV we need the router so my wife and I can use our laptops at the same time. Thank you for your help. Ken
If you already programmed it, yea hit the reset hold it down for at least ten seconds. And sometimes its not your home's fault, sometimes your internet service provider has problems, it would be a coincidence but just to cover all the bases I would have them check your connection make sure its ok.

Yes, just programming the router to work with the new card. I noticed that there is a reset button on the router. Will that be a good start?
Thanks rtrahan. It turns out that my router didn't have the latest
update which supports this new card. After downloading the update I
was able to get it up and running fine.
So basically you need to program your router correct? What is a sw? If you need to get to your router software to make setting changes I guide you through that but i just need to know if that's what you are asking..
