MPEG4 motion video can be played back with Windows Media Player 6.4 or later. MPEG2 cannot be played back in Windows Media Player. Files created with our D-snap Video Cameras are designed for playback with the included MediaStage software and our DMR-E100H DVD Recorders.

I happen to have this setup... you need to set the audio source (the usb camera connection.) It is possible to hook up via the sound card, but that could be stressful for some.
SOURCE: WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER WONT DETECT DEVICE
i had a similar problem (would not load driver) and was able to solve with the following: 1. install version 10 or greater of windows media player. 2. in Device Manager (hardware tab on System in Control Panel) right click the ? Samsung YP-T7J and pick update driver 3. Select No, not this time, Next> 4. Install from a list...., Next> 5. Don't search, I will choose.., Next> 6. Select Portable Devices, Next> 7. Select MTP Device, Next> 8. The drivers are copied and the device is recognized. There are other prompts depending on your media player config, but only pertains to how the device is handled. jlw.

Does your device show up as a separate device in windows explorer? If so you may drag and drop files directly onto it.
Alternatively you can download alternative free media players like winamp and rhapsody which do the same job as media player.
If your device does not show up in windows explorer then you may have a usb problem on your Samsung media player. This is most likely to be a hardware fault which I don't know a free/cheap solution to.
