Hi Betty, I have the same problem and am researching it so far I have read a variety of solutions not sure what to believe however here are a few of them. 1.Conections on a little white ribbon strip/cable inside the tv needs to be cleaned 2.Change your HDMI cable to a better one and or use standard RCA jacks 3.Unplugging the tv for 10 minutes then plugging it back in. 4. T-Con or video board going out 5. Factory reset? I hope someone has a solution fo this.

taris1 if your green lines are somewhat bowed across the entire length of the tv that is the beginning of a CRT failure. suggest adjusting the screen(G2) control on the focus block until the lines disappear and you should be fine for a while until the tube fails altogether. when it fails for good you might have the picture blank and the light on the front will blink 5 times repeatedly

Hello, one of possible solutions is to replace capacitors (10uF/50V) on HYPER (PD0246) module. Please ask the tech to check/replace them. If you need more info please advice.

Vertical green line on screen

If your set is a plasma, this can be one of two problems : either there is a loose connection (one of many, many connections) between the plasma screen and the driver board, or one of the transistor devices has blown. Try GENTLY applying pressure to the opposite ends of the TV to give it a subtle "twist" (please be careful!). Sometimes moving the set to a different location will produce the same effect. If it's still under warranty, call your dealer. Vertical stripes are a common fault with plasma technology I'm afraid! :-( Next time, go for LCD!
