Look in your settings and see if your phone is on airplane mode. also if you dial *2290 it will also help you to get better service. these phones only run on two towers verizon and att. where i am at att does not work at all. I only use straight talk and i love the service but it all depends on your service tower. if this doesnt help you might have to call customer service .

you are f'ed. sounds like the phone will have to be reset. my was 6 months old and all of a sudden the screen read "service disabled." what sucked was it was 9:00 at night and their customer service was closed for the evening. i called the next morning. talked to some indian who gave me a series of 18 numbers to enter in the code entry mode box. after pressing ok, the phone re-booted and was fine.

Call Customer service to remove the internet block from your account. picture messages won't go through as long as the data block is active on your account.
