My 50" HP HDTV #PL5060N has no color,picture is snowy and extremely faint and the screen flickers rapidly. I would like to know which circuit board would be causing this problem? And is it worth paying to have fixed?

Here's the number to HP case management 877-917-4380 ext.79, try this number and be firm that they need to fix this, I just had an HP plasma that was 3 yrs old replaced for free, no charge. Good luck

I have a seven year Plasma TV HP PL5060. When I turn on the TV, I have sound but no picture, the screen display (power on) is a snowy blue screen and vertical pink stripe. What has gone wrong i do not know but try to make sure that all the scart connections are in place.

Sound and colour problems are in my experience usually caused by faulty scart connections
