SOURCE: Bosch SMS4012GB dishwasher. Refused to

An electric switch activated by air pressure. This device detects air pressure exerted on it through a flexible tube connecting it to part of a water tub.
When activated, this switch then opens an electrical circuit stopping further filling of water into the machine.. May also be called a PRESSURE SWITCH. if not activated definately it will cause overflow.

Check the wire harness to the pressure switch. or tap your float switch with finger tips may be it get stacked. if nothin happen replace the pressure switch.

SOURCE: Rear Main Seal Leak

To replace the seal, the mechanic will have to either lift the engine or lower the transmission. You will get much better pricing going to a transmission shop (e.g. AAMCO) and getting a quote from them to replace the seal.

Sunbeam sul2512 humidifier leaking.

The Sunbeam SUL2512 Humidifier has three parts. From the top down:
Water tank
mist collar
Base unit

If the cap of the water tank (which contains a float valve) does not seal you may get excessive flow into the base unit which provides a working reservoir.

The base unit contains all the electronics including the cool mist transducer. This is a silver disk with a black silicone seal surrounding it. This is the only other place a leak can develop.

Why do I have a puddle under my fridge every couple days but no sign of a drip or leak?

If it is an automatic defrost fridge the it will have a hose draining down into a container under the fridge, make sure it is draining where it should and has,not become dislodged. Some have a small tray with either pipes inside it or an electric heater. Some have a container sitting on top of the compressor, both of these are used to evaporate the water.
check to make sure there are no holes in the water catcher.
if you have an electric heater that is not functioning then the container will be already full of water and at each defrost cycle will overflow onto the floor.

Kelvinator Cyclic 330, Model No: CS334A-R

Tonight, get a battery flash light, turn it on, put it in the fridge and close the fridge door. Then turn off all the lights in the room. If you can see any light escaping around the fridge door, the door seals aren't working properly, and need replacing.
This is the main reason why too much water is being condensed and causing your fridge drip tray to overflow.

What's your problem?why is my coolant reservoir overflowing in my 2l camry 1992

Water expands with heat if you completely topped up the reservoir cold it should overflow. Actually the biggest problem is when breathers block on reservoir caps and the water vapour pressure cracks the bottle. The reservoir allows you cooling system to run full and take in account the volume (expansion ) increase when engine gets to running temperature.

Water is dripping into pan under fridge and overflowing onto floor. looks like water is dripping from filter at bottom. what can i do?

Check to see looks like the container is already full. You have to remove the tray full of water and then insert it again. It will happen again and again ( overflowing water) so you need to periodically check the container pan if water is full.
Also by checking periodically that pan, you will minimize rust build up. You will need to wipe around it with soft cloth or rags so the body of your refrigerator will not decaying due to rust built up. This will destroy the metal parts of the fridge.
Good luck.

Hello. I have a 2000 Dodge Intrepid, 3.2, V-6 which is leaking antifreeze. I'm female, but haven't fallen off the turnip truck yesterday. Asked my guy friends, so have an idea what the problem might be,...

There is no radiator cap. The over flow tank is part of the cooling system and feeds coolant directly into it (and/or circulates coolant through it). Unlike a true overflow that will just catch any excessive coolant and store it until the radiator cools down and sucks it back in.

So think of the reservoir on your vehicle an extension of the side tank of your radiator.

The fridge keeps leaking water underneath,the freezer part keeps iceing up down the bottom under the draws,the water is the main problem.

Water in the drain overflowing can be the reason for the water spilling,it can be the defrost overflow or the leak from the evaporator tubing's to the drain. So drain off and check perhaps more condensation is the result of the overflow.
The icing can be related to water formation from the food or leak from the evaporator, high frosting can blow the water inside the freezer.
So set the freezer temp a little lower so that the freezer shuts off than to make it run continuously.

Hello Sir, I am using a double door Haier refrigerator from last five years. It has two containers. The upper container is freezer and the lower container is refrigerator. Since yesterday, the lower...

Please check inside your freezer for the working of the fan and then check inside the lower area for the air flow from the freezer. If you notice that the flow is less it is possible that the air duct is clogged due to build up of the frost.If so then you must shut off the fridge for about 8-10 hours. Once you find that the frost has cleared up then put the fridge on after the cleaning was done. Now check if the air flow is good, if not check the duct and the fan assembly for poor speed. However if the fault is clear now then you must check if the fridge is shutting off after 8-10 hours for auto defrost. If this is not happening then the fault can recur. Hence check you timer unit the heater unit and the thermostat for fault. Also any wire break on the cooling coils side of the electrical wires to thermostat./timer or fan or heater can be a cause. Try this out and check . Good day

The eco light is flashing constantly on my Dishlex Global 300 dishwasher, it is making a noise like a pump is running continously, but the unit will not operate. Can you give me some possible faults and...

Hi,

The symptoms on a Dishlex Global 300 dishwasher:
  • eco light is flashing constantly;
  • noise on pump running continuously;
  • but the unit will not operate.
Possible corrective actions include:
  • water level - pls check incoming water pressure, filter, water level sensor, water valve;
  • base/bottom overflow sensor - there is a float switch in the base of the machine inside a small plastic dish. Behind the kick panel, access through a metal lid/panel/cover secured by 2 small screws. Dry completely the area;
  • Air/dry/ventilate the unit/system for a couple of days;
  • reduce incoming water pressure.
Hope that this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.
