The 2007 model came with a single thick seat fabric which customer feedback indicated became too small for older children, so the 2nd stage seat fabric was introduced and all Buzz models between 2007-2010 have two seat fabrics depending on the age and size of the child using it. The 2011 model has a single seat fabric suitable from birth right up until about 3.5 years of age.
In addition improvements have been made on the chassis overall as with any new product each time a new updated version is released but the basic chassis structure remains the same and spare parts are interchangeable to an extent.
The 2007-2010 models would have come with the Buzz box as standard, and the Buzz shopping basket was a seperate accessory: For the 2011 model the Buzz shopping basket comes as standard (Customer feedback indicated it would be more popular and useful) and the Buzz box is a seperate accessory.
The electrical box on the new a/c unit is what is buzzing? If so then thats the contatcor making that sound and is nothing to be too concerned about. If that buzzing is coming from your breaker box then turn off that breaker and call an electrician.
if the auto shut down is just buzzing it is the relay engaging and disengaging really fast you have either weak voltage or weak control signal coming from the pcm possibly a bad wire. also try to switch relay out with one that is similar in the fuse box to see if it is a bad relay.
You will have to dismantle the control box and see if the buzzing is coming from the cold control or from a defrost timer which is usually in the same area and is more commonly the cause of a loud buzzing. Whichever one it is you have to replace it right away. This is not a complete model number so if you need more help then post a full model number. Good Luck Appliance Specialists
The noise is coming from the blend door motors.
All of the climate control doors (vents, defroster, temperature, recirculation etc) are controlled by electronic motors. As the motors age they tend to make a buzzing noise when they move.
There is a software upgrade that is available to minimize the noise, but it will always make the noise to some degree.
