problem with electronics is there are alot of factory defects. Your charging cable could be bad, the port you plug into could bad or you could just have a bad battery.
Hello, If the Notebook is only 1 month old i suggest you bring it back and see if they will replace it. Most likely the problem (for how you have explained it) is that the DC power pin (inside the notebook) is either broken or not soldered to the mother board correctly. Being only one month old this is probably a faulty pin or installation from the manufacturer so this should not be a problem for the place you got it from to replace. If you do have problems I suggest contacting the manufacture immediately to see if they will replace it. I hope this helped Have a great day.
